I. Call Meeting to Order
The meeting was called to order at 10:10 a.m.
II. Roll Call / Establish Quorum
Roll call was taken and a quorum established.
Attending were:

Ana Llorens, CTE Academy Coordinator/Attendance Dean
Patricia Guijosa, Parent

Esther Mosak, Community Representative
III. Selection of Temporary Chairperson
Ms. Evins was selected as the Temporary Chairperson.
IV. Selection of Temporary Secretary
Ms. Mosak was selected as the temporary secretary.
V. Approval of Agenda
The agenda was unanimously approved.
VI. Nominations and Selection of Chairperson
Ms. Chrisp was nominated and unanimously selected as Chairperson.
VII. Nominations and Selection of the Secretary
Ms. Mosak was nominated and unanimously selected as Secretary.
VIII. Nominations and Selection of the Vice-Chair
Ms. Guijosa was nominated and unanimously selected as Vice-Chair.
IX. Nominations and Selection of FOIA/OMA Officer
Mr. Berroll was nominated and unanimously selected as FOIA/OMA Officer.
X. Set Regular Meetings Schedule for School Year Newly
The meeting schedule was set as the third Friday of every month at 10:00 a.m. The schedule will be as follows:
August 7, 2020
September 18, 2020
October 16, 2020
November 20, 2020
December 18, 2020
XI. Adopt / Re-adopt Bylaws or Establish Bylaws Committee [Optional]
No action was taken.
XII. Adopt / Re-adopt Rules of Order for LSC Meetings [Optional]
No action was taken.
XIII. Announce Date of First Regular Meeting
The first regular meeting will be Friday, August 7 at 10:00.
